Privacy

What we process

• Addresses you look up, to fetch public data about that home.
• The numbers you enter (price, ages, incomes, interest rate). They are used for the calculation you ask for and are not stored on our servers; they appear in your browser's address bar so you can bookmark a report.
• Questions you ask the AI assistant and documents you upload, to answer or review them.

What we do not do

• Uploaded documents and their text are not stored after the review.
• No advertising, no trackers, no third-party fonts or analytics.
• Your comparison list stays in your own browser.

Who else processes data

Questions and document text are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to produce an answer. Public data services (PDOK, EP-Online, Luchtmeetnet) receive the address or location you look up, without your name.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Contact details will be added before launch.
