Domotra combines open data from Dutch public bodies and OpenStreetMap. Every figure in a report shows its source and year. The publishers do not endorse Domotra or its scores.

Law and norms

Taxes and lending norms come from the official texts: the Wet op belastingen van rechtsverkeer and the Tijdelijke regeling hypothecair krediet (wetten.overheid.nl), the AFM's published test rate, and NHG's Voorwaarden en normen. Each result names the rules version it used.
